What Dog?

Dear Tenant..

If you know I’m coming by the house, and if your balcony is near the front door, and if you have an unauthorized dog that is hanging off the balcony barking at everybody who walks by, you might be an idiot. If I ask you about the dog and if you say “WHAT DOG”, I’m pretty sure you ARE an idiot.
